TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Order Processing

Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment, and posted by next business day, in most cases. Confirmation will be sent via email.

Delivery Information

Australian orders will be sent via Australia Post. Choice of regular, registered or Express. Pick-up available strictly by prior arrangement.

Most orders will be delivered between 1 to 8 days, depending on distance from Sydney. Express post normally 1 to 3 days but can be longer again depending on area.

Overseas orders are sent by Airmail. They usually take 1 to 2 weeks. Registered and Express post is available at extra cost.

We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any goods once in transit. If your order is not received within specified delivery times please contact us at sales@lace-and-beyond.com.au to have your order followed up.

Payment methods

Payment can be made securely online using the following credit cards - Visa, MasterCard or American Express or via Paypal . An option to phone credit card details through is given during checkout if preferred.

Off-line payment options available to Australians only, in addition to above include direct bank deposit, Internet bank transfer, money order or cheque. If paying by cheque order will not be posted until cheque is cleared.

All prices are in Australian Dollars inclusive of GST.

Returns and Refunds

All returns are to be within 14 days of delivery.

All items returned are to be unopened and to be fully intact. If a product is returned in a condition that was not supplied by us we accept the right to refuse a refund.

Cancelled Orders

Orders may be cancelled for any reason, if the item has already been shipped to you no money will be refunded until the return of the item in its original packaging to us.

Order not in stock

Although we do keep our items for sale in stock, some items may not be available upon placement of your order. Under these circumstances you will be notified and will have the option to cancel your order, wait for stock to arrive, or select an alternative item.
